Contractor admits liability

"In reply to the queries concerning Pen y Wern roundabouts. There have been temporary repairs carried out but they have not lasted because of the heavy use of these roundabouts. The contractor has admitted that there was a fault with the material used and there will be a full removal and resurfacing of the roundabouts, carried out by the contractor. This will be at the expense of the contractor."
