THE FOOD WE WASTE

A Survey of food waste will take place in Neath, Bryncoch, Pontardawe
and Cwmavon and will begin with Householders from 16th of January to 13th of March.

Resulting from the inital survey, further sessions will take place betwee 1st 
April and 28th of June.

The research consists of three key elements.

1.  A Survey to capture data on attitudes, behaviour etc.
2.  A diary to be kept by the Householder reporting the amounts and types of food and reasons for disposal.
3. Analysis of collected food waste for Twelve Councils.

WRAP have Commissioned Ipsos Mori to undertake the Survey work due to
the vast quantity of food Waste in Wales.
