Website returns to help council

The Neath i website is returning to help the council to indentify eye-sore and black spots.

Readers will be invited to send in photos of what need attention in their area for the council to be aware of it.  This innovative approach, thought to be the first in the UK, will make NPT CBC aware of problems as the public see them.

The website will be officially on-line next week.
