Arising from a post on our readers's letters page about Internet shopping, we did a very quick survey on so called NEATH on-line firms.   Our tip is to be aware of the actual source.   Some firms give the impression that they are based in Neath when they are actually based elsewhere.

We advise you check if the website has a 'Contact Us' button in their menu. Check on this and note the address - also check the telephone number - all Neath numbers begin with 01639.
