Phone shop turning away business?

One of our readers went into the Neath EE Phone shop (the new name for Orange and T Mobile) to change his monthly mobile phone contract after Orange deciding to end its free broadband service for its mobile phone customers.
The customer was amazed when told he had to go on line to get what he wanted.  The shop advisor agreed that the policy was rather silly and this sort of thing was likely to eventually put him out of a job.
EE stands for EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE which rather makes a mockery out this customer's request - because 'everywhere' apparently did not include the shop in question.

The same reader told us that he had to speak to five different EE representatives on line before he had what he wanted - which he eventually had, thanks to a young lady based in Scotland.
