Readers concerned about LDP Plans

Already there has been a reaction from our readers - including one who went to a LDP meeting - see Readers Letters page.    Another reader has rightly mentioned the access and road infrastructure,  pointing out the the roads in Jersey Marine were prepared BEFORE the Amazon business came in operation.
There has been no change in the road infrastructure in Waunceirch and Bryncoch for at least the twenty years (that we know of) during which time many hundreds of houses have been added.
It is fair to say that it is about time the planners looked ahead and considered the quality of life of existing residents as part of the overall scheme.
It is also fair to say that the planners have already dropped some clangers so now is the time to listen to the residents who live in the areas concerned.
No doubt we will hear from more residents about this.   However they should act now and write to the NPT CBC Planning Department - the more that express their views the better, especially if they have any concern for the quality of life for their families.
