Is the Neath Town Consortium a dying duck?

A reader has written in and says there is no news or follow-up on the NPT CBC website about the Neath Town Consortium.   In fact the reader says the website has not had any updates for over two months.  The reader says a lot more - see our Reader's Letters page.
