Before and after

Every picture tells a story - this one is based on location, location, location.

Believe it or not - its the same location - outside Neath Empire.  The car in the above photo has been on that spot for around five years.  It was 'planted' by a resident who wanted to stop others parking there.   The resident said, when asked: "it is not for sale."

The question is: 'Will it remain there after the Empire is demolished?'   It seems that the council are not concerned - they are more interested in getting rid of the Empire!
