Anyone sitting on the fence?

We have mentioned to two councillors the need for a short cut pathway to the Waunceirch shops from Fernlea Park.   Such a short cut would help the environment and avoid people driving around the new development.   

As you can see from the photos below, it only means making a pathway between the two fences.

This could be done at no cost to the council by the developers before they leave the site.   It would help to keep their site more select and afford more privacy.  Therefore, everyone would benefit from a simple pathway.  It would also improve the appearance of something unsightlly with what is currently a fence on top of a fence.
