Potential danger hidden from view by developers at Waunceirch

It can be revealed that Cllr. Janice Dudley is most concerned about the Waunceirch housing development by Waterstones, a Bridgend based firm, that has been screened off from public view.

Cllr. Dudley observed that one of the buildings (shown in green on the plan) will be blocking the view on a bend that could have serious safety consequences to motorists and children using the school opposite.

It is alleged that a Planning Enforcement officer has stated the the building must be moved back from the road by 5 metres. It would appear that the developers are taking no action to date.
