Speed Hump Problems

Cars are being damaged by speed humps and repair garages confirm that more cars are damaged than what many people realise.   Even the life of batteries are being shortened say a RAC spokesman.

Certain speed humps have proved to be dangerous as motor cyclists swerve to avoid them.   Ambulance drivers say that they cause much pain to the patients they are transporting.

Several councils have been sued for the damaged caused to cars and this action is likely to increase as  time goes by.

Research has shown that the answer is visual and flashing warning signs that display the speed that the vehicle is travelling.   Surely it is about time this matter was given serious thought?
