Cwrt Herbert Noise Complaint   

Residents in Neath Abbey are complaining about the noise coming the Cwrt Herbert Leisure complex.  Apparently it arises from the bass sounds of music at the keep fit sessions.

Noise complaints are investigated by Neath Port Talbot Council -  but the problem here is that the Leisure Centre is owned by them.   Will the local authority be judge and jury in this matter?

If this matter escalates local residents may demand compensation, sound insulation and even a reduction in their council tax!
