Rat problem near B&Q and litter near rail embankment.

Post letter collection box wanted at Waunceirch Tesco.

Short cut pathway wanted to Tesco Express from Fernlea Park (environmental issue),

Eye Sore new houses at Waunceirch.  Disgrace to council.

Concern over bus route to Swansea.

What Councillors are telling Residents:-

Difficulty in getting work done - have to go to top management.

Concern about height of new houses being built near Waunceirch Tesco Express.

Concern over proposed development and road layout for school buses at Roman Way.

Some brooks and waterways no longer being cleaned out and flooding threat on main A48 road at Neath Abbey.
