Neath should provide a contrast between old and new, retaining the part of the town that goes back to Roman and Norman times.
The planners have the opportunity to bring out the best of Neath and make it a town like no other.
Perhaps the above video will inspire planners to think outside the box and be venturesome in making Neath a town that residents will be proud of and a place that will attract visitors to boost the economy. A town that will attract investment where the investors will be held in high esteem for their forward thinking.
Hopefully a town with a transport hub where buses meet trains to connect them with outlying towns like Ammanford - like they did in the past.
