Evie

(1906-1995) was the eldest child of the elder brother Arthur of Violet's husband Gerard. Her father died on Active Service in 1915, so she and her younger brothers Charlie and Arthur were brought up by her "single mother" Bridget.

Evie was married to Ted (who was in the Army) and they had four children, David, Bridget, Bruce and Joanna.
