The judgement in the test case (Marriott v Greenbelt Group) is now available on the Lands Tribunal for Scotland's website and can be viewed here.

The case was conducted on our behalf by Sir Crispin Agnew QC in association with Balfour Manson solicitors.  It was funded by donations from homeowners from across the UK.

We'll be publishing a layperson's guide to the ruling in the coming weeks along with a step-by-step guide on how we mounted the test case -  do check back again soon.  The learnings from the test case can be used by homeowners across the UK - it was an invaluable first toe in the legal waters!
