Gotham City 21/11/10

Game played at the boggy John Kane Park in Niddrie.We started really well and were passing the ball about well, we took the lead early when Pete was fouled in the box and Jamie slotted the pen home.We were quickly 2 up when Toph rose above everyone to power home a header. We were never really tested at the back and went further ahead when Kirk slotted home from a one on one and then Jamie slotted home a 4th.On th stroke of half time Gotham scored a sloppy goal with only there 2nd shot on goal.

2nd half we started sloppy and allowed Gotham to come back into it and they had a lot of the ball and we conceded again after about 20 minutes of the half.We then got some control back and missed some good chances to seal it before Dundee Bob killed the game with a good strike from outside the box. Special note in the last minute Tam had the miss of the seaon when with the ball on the line he tried to header it in and ended up handling it in,classic moment.

All in all a good win with some good football played.Enjoyable day all round.
