Burns 05/09/10

First game ay the immaculate Riverside this season. Didnt get off to the best of starts as we only had 10 inc Dave playing wi a bad injury.As expected the Burns had a lot of the ball but we were pressing them well and battling and even managed to create a couple of chances.We eventually did go one own midway through the half but fought back straight away and Kirk scored after a good  team move.

HT 1-1

2nd half was more of the same and we went 2-1 down to a dubious twice taken(missed first) penalty and quickly were 3-1 down.We again battled back and Kirk finished with a smart lob after good play between Willie,Gav and Kirk.We continued to battle but went 4-2 down when there full back hit the postage stamp fi a shot fi 20 yards min out.We then had Dave sent off so down to nine and Burns took full advantage and scored 2 more altho we did still have chances.

FT 2-6

Everyone there the day can hold there heads up the day we battled well and played well at times.For those not there who could have been take a look at yourselfs and get back helping us.
