St Clair Tavern 25/08/10

Where to start, game played at ravenscraig.We started poorly and conceded a soft goal after 2 mins, but we battled back and got level when some nice play lead to Willie finishing well. THEN on 20 mins game changed.Grant collided wi Tams knee at a corner and was knocked out but ref played on until Tam handled the ball when behind the line.Instead of stopping play or giving the goal the ref decided to send Tam off and give a pen all while grant was unconcious.Play was stopped till ambulance came.Ref started the game with the pen and with us down to ten and Rams in goals.They scored the pen and by half ttime were 4-1 up

2nd half was hard going but we kept plugging away and had a few chances for goals ourselfs but St Clair took advantage of us having an outfield player in goal and 10 men and went on to score 4 more.

Ft 1-8

Less said about the ref the better .At 1-1 it was shaping up to be a good game but that decision  turned the game.
