Railway 09/05/10

Game played at the unusual venue of Thornton. We started the game well and took the game to the Railway but they created the first chance which Skelf saved well with his feet.A few moments later we got our goal when a long kick fi Skelf put Kirk through and he calmly tucked the ball away.The game was fairly even without any team creating any more real chances .

2nd half again we started well and looked up for it and again the game was fairly even.We created a few chances which would have made the last 15/20 mins a lot easier.The last 15 mins of the game Railway pressed hard but again never really tested Skelf in goals.

Vey proud the day we matched work rate wi skill and done extremely well and our much maligned defence were superb the day.Happy days another final.
