Railway Tavern 14/03/10

Game played at a sunny Randolph with us down to the bare bones only 11 boys.We started reasonably well but for most of the half we faced attack after attack with railway unable to convert but we then went up the park and scored after Jonesy slotted at the 2nd attempt fi a Tommy corner. We were then caught out and Railway equalised immediately.

2nd half again we were under the cosh and with at least 3 boys playing injured but we dug in and defended for our lives and helped by some poor finishing.Then we again took the lead when Kirk chased down there keeper who passed it straight to Robson who cooly slotted home.Sticks then kept us going into the next round with a cracking save wi a min or 2 to go.

Proud of everyone who played the day,we rode our luck but hey ho we are in the semis for the first time.Well done lads.
