DYSART 19/07/09

Game played at the Fife Institute started really well for Acorn with us playing some really good football and playing better than we have for a while but half way through the half we conceded a soft free kick which was then placed into the bottom corner with a good shot.Again we came back though and deservedly got an equaliser on the stroke of half time with a total route on goal.Sticks long kick was well finished by Robson.

HT 1-1

Second half was not as good from a footballing point of view with both team playing a lot of long balls but we went 2-1 behind when we stopped playing looking for a freekick and the big dysart forward went on to score.This seemed to fire us up a bit and we went on to equalise with a good cross and again a good finish from Robson.Then a few minutes later from a corner Toph rose well to score a good headed goal.

FT 3-2

All in all pleased we came back twice from a goal down to a premeir league side.Good to see us have a bit fight in us and some good football in the first half.Good to see the midfield getting goals again and glad to be in the semi finals.
