New Inn 22/03/09

Game played at the lovely Cockshaugh Park St Andrews.New Inn took the lead early doors when we decided there was no need to mark at a corner and the smallest player on the park scored wi a free header.We responded well and scored from a headed goal from Willie from a Gav Delap throw in.Again we lost concentration and conceded another headed goal.We equalised again from another good header from Willie.We then had a few good chances to score before half time but couldnt finish them.

HT 2-2

2nd half  again was fairly even until New Inn went 3-2 up with another easy goal.We had a few chances after that but again could not take them.Game was really flat until New Inn scored again with a pen which there was no doubts about.We then gifted them a 5th a couple off min later.

FT 2-5

Totally gutted today we fought back well the first half but after that we looked disinterested and flat.Team should have been played different from the start so apologies for the formation i picked to start.Time for us as a team to stand up and fight for every point from now till the end of the season and show we  still want to win.
