New Inn 15/03/09

Game in the JS Anderson cup played at Riverside.New Inn started the better and took control of the game we only had brief spells where we played some nice football but they didnt come to anything.Both teams had a few chances before half time but no one could find the net.

HT 0-0

Second half we did not get started at all and new inn took the lead with a good headed goal that we should have defended better.they then went 2 up from the penalty spot after James handled on the line and was sent off.From then on in it was an up hill struggle and New Inn scored a well taken 3rd and then sealed it with a bad goal from our point of view.

FT 0-4

Dont know what it is about us and cups this season but we dont seem to be interested.We need a vast improvement next week and for the rest of the league games or we will end a good season badly.We need to learn that everyone fi keeper through to subs have to work hard ,we cant be carrying players,or we wont get anywhere.So fingers out and lets show we are a good hard working side.
