Station Buffet 01/03/09

In a game we started minus 3 regular starters we opened fairly poorly and went 1-0 down to a freak og when the ball took a booble over Flashs foot and went in.We then had a good little spell which seen us get it back to 1-1 when Willie converted from the spot after Mark had been fouled.Within a few minutes we again conceded to go 2-1 down.Game went from end to end for the rest of the half.

HT 1-2

Second half started well with us equalising early through a neat Kirky finish.Again though we switched off and concede a soft goal from a corner.We hit back well though and again equalised from the spot when Willie cooly slotted home after another foul on  Mark.Although there were further chances at either end that was the end of the scoring.Flash also had a terrific save in the last minute or 2 to save the point for us .

FT 3-3

Overall draw was probably fair but for an important league game it was very flat and neither team seemed to get going.Cant grumble with a point fi a team who havent lost at home alll season though.Need to get ourselfs up for another big game next week.
