KOOEYBEAR Asian & Burmese

Small hobby breeder of pedigree and GCCF registered Asian & Burmese. Only breed at selected times usually when we would like to add another feline to our little furry family. Reared in a busy household, well socialised with masses of attention and love. Upmost care and attention given at all times. Lifetime of support will be given as a breeder to new kitten owners and is very much encouraged. 

I used to work in a cattery as a teen and ended up staying for 15yrs plus and during those years always had a soft spot for the Burmese, Tonkinese & old fashioned Siamese, loving their cuddly and friendly nature. My first cat was a very Handsome Lilac Burmese which I adopted through work! Kubla used to board very regularly and was quickly smitten with him on stays & always said "one day I will have a Burmese". Then the opportunity for me to have him came up as his owners were going to emigrate to India. So this Lilac lad came to live with me & we fell in love with each other  & he became my constant companion whilst I was grieving the loss of my first rescue Beardie, Gillie. Kubla, nickname Kooeybear 💗, started my love affair with this special breed. Sadly I lost this little boy at 11 to acute kidney failure, which broke my heart. Shortly after came Bagheera, a cream Burmese from Starshadow lines, similar pedigree to my special Kooeybear. Heartbroken, but this little cream kitten kept me smiling... this is how my prefix started. Now we have a successful Asian Tabby show girl and a Lilac Tortie queen. Soon we will welcome an Asian stud to our little family & hopefully babies soon. It's been a long journey of joy and tears but I am looking forward to an exciting future, breeding wise. Kittens available very occasionally to special approved indoor homes only.
