Forth travelled up to Kingussie to take part in semi final day for all the women's cup competitions.  They played a little known Ardnamurchan side in the last match of the day.

Ardnamurchan turned out to be an inexperienced team who Forth were able to dominate from early on.  In the first half Forth occasionally struggled to convert their dominance into scores.  Overindulgence in Victory pie on the previous evening may have been to blame!  Niamh Donelly and Katy Smith scored the goals in this half.  Mairi Lawson and Úna Henry made sure there was no danger of Ardnamurchan troubling the score sheet.

In the second half the line up was switched up to try out some new combinations.  Niamh and Kty continued to score and Ruth Bordoli found the back of the net too.  Right before the whistle Úna netted a corner to wrap up the scoring for Forth
