Forth made the trip to Glasgow to take on a G.M.A. team out to avenge their 4 - 1 defeat in their last league meeting.

Forth started well with plenty of ball coming into their forwards and a brace of excelent saves from Rudra Kapila in goals denying the home side.  However, an unstoppable shot opened the scoring for G.M.A. and it was quickly followed by a second.  Forth's amazing back line of Mairi Lawson, Úna Henry and Liz Perry doing all they good to keep G.M.A at bay.  The constant barrage of pressure took it's toll, however, and G.M.A. managed a few more goals before the half time whistle.

Forth came out to try to improve the scoreline in the second half but found it hard to handle G.M.A who by now had a lot of momentum.  Katy Smith scored a fantastic goal from 20 yards out and Forth looked like rallying for a bit but it was not to be.  Some more scores from G.M.A. meant that there was little that a late Forth push could do to change the score.
