RYA Yachting Level 2
This is a RYA Cetificated 2 day course to learn basic sailing skills, conducted locally returning to Findhorn at the end of each day. No overnight stay onboard required. Ideal over a weekend.
Course Content:
Finding your way round the yacht, ropework, handling under power, handling under sail, picking up a mooring buoy, comming alongside, mooring up, rules of the road, man overboard recovery, clothing and equipment, emergency equipment and precautions, understanding the weather (when to go and when not to go).

Completion of level 1 and level 2 can be counted towards a Competent Crew course which can be completed in 3 days instead of 5 at a reduced cost.
