NEW to the Internet
Introduction
Father John believes that the Internet is having an increasing effect on peoples lives and that he must cater for the modern way of life.
After looking at other problem websites, Father John thought he would go a little further and allow those with a burden on their mind to write and tell him what is troubling them.
It is said that confession is good for the soul. Keeping a bad deed or a sin to yourself can be spiritually harmful to the mind.
Finding someone who can listen and understand you is often difficult and this is where Father John feels he can help. For years he has had experience in dealing with troubled minds.
Remaining anonymous and using a user name is important for the writer and to Father John who says that a matter shared makes all the difference.
Your religion does not matter, even non-believers with no faith can have troubled minds. Anyone can benefit from writing to Father John about what is troubling them. If you don't want your problem shared on this website, then just say so. But remember, sharing a problem can often help others.
It should be made clear that there are several online confessional websites but Father John would like to think that this one is more personal by giving a closer look at feelings that really matter.
Unlike Facebook, no-one will ever know who you are and no details are kept on the server and therefore cannot be passed to any third party.
Father John hopes that what is written will benefit others with a similar problem to illustrate that no-one is alone this world, even if they think they are.

From time to time, Father John will write words of wisdom (see menu) based on quotations or from those who can inspire others. If anyone wants to comment on what is written they can do so in Father John's Guestbook.
