The hygene ratings should be displayed on the entrance door and be visible as you walk in.
There are many sites on the Internet that deal with food hygene, we have selected the ones that can be most helpful for you.
If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason you should complain in the first instance to the management of the establshment and give them the opportunity to rectifiy the problem.
If you get no satisfaction you should inform the local authority - the address is on one of our menu tabs.
