Dining

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room Monday to Saturday 7.30 to 9.30 and 8.30 to 10.30 on Sundays.

Dinner is served daily from 7 - 9 pm.  We offer an al a carte menu which changes daily.  Please advise us in advance of any special dietary requirements so that we can adjust the menu to suit.

 

Sample Dinner Menu

To Start:

 Lentil and Vegetable Soup served with fresh Bread & Butter ~ £5.65

Slow-cooked Belly Pork with Crackling and Jalapeno Jam ~ £7.15

Pan-seared Fillet of Mackerel cooked with Chillies and Garlic ~ £6.75

Scottish Smoked Salmon set on a bed of Baby Leaves with Lemon and Cracked Black Pepper ~ £7.55

 

Main Course:

Griddled Pork Tenderloin, finished with a Cider and Apple Sauce and served with Clapshot Mash ~ £16.25

Fillet of North Atlantic Salmon, simply grilled with Lemon & Herb Butter, accompanied with Baby Pearl Potatoes and New Season Spring Greens ~ £16.75

Macaroni Cheese, made with a rich White Orkney Cheddar Sauce, served with Chips and Salad ~ £14.75

Slow-roasted Leg of Lamb, served with a creamy Herb Mash and a Rosemary Red Wine Jus ~ £17.65

8 Oz Sirloin Steak, served with Saute Mushrooms, Braised Cherry Tomatoes, Handcut Chips and Onion Rings ~ £21.85
