Wildlife Counts in Your Community 03 March 2010 BTCV have funding to run 30 biodiversity recording workshops in 3 local authority areas over the next 2 years, namely Inverclyde, Glasgow and Ayrshire The main aim of the project is to stimulate and maintain an interest in biodiversity recording in communities. BTCV will also train (approximately 15) local people to become wildlife Biodiversity mentors and develop skills for identification and recording of wildlife in local communities throughout Inverclyde. The recordings are processed by BTCV and the results are added to the National Biodiversity Networking database.
