The Branch Chairperson and the Music Advisor had a lovely day at Scoraig Primary Scool recently. They were there at the school's invitation to help them prepare for the local Mod in September. 

They have a lovely school and obviously music is an integral part of the curriculum. They learnt 'Cha Bhi Mi 'Gad Thaladh' and 'Chuir Iad Mise' (all 4 verses) in record time. The children were very quick at learning the songs and the Gaelic. The children were very quick at picking up the songs which were taught in the aural tradition.

Mairi and Carole will be delighted if they get asked back! It was a real pleasure to work with these children. Check out their website!
