THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY
Bay View is available from 16,00hrs on the Saturday /start date of your holiday and must be vacated by 10:00hrs on your final day.
A deposit of £200 is required to secure your holiday date. You are then responsible for the balance of the rental, which is due no later than 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
Payments can be made via Bank transfer , Details name James Steele sort code 070116 account no 40636394.
If bookings are made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival, then full payment will be required.
Once your deposit has been received, We will confirm your reservation
