A select band took the new improved Glendreich to the HMS Gannet Family Day. The latest enhancements include a small passenger platform with connecting walkways and a severe haircut for  some of the astroturf. The day was blustery and ultimately rather wet so our indoor pitch was very welcome.

By way of a contrast to the rather dinky rolling stock that normally features on Glendreich Fraser brought along his breakdown crane.

Ian W's Britomart demonstrated a remarkable turn of speed with a light train. A low centre of gravity ensured that there was no disaster.

Andrew M brought his Mamod and gave us a demonstration of the joys of meths firing.

As a final highlight to the day Dave W was the lucky winner of a Minnie Mouse colouring book in the raffle.
