Victoria's 40th Birthday Steam Weekend

Steamboats on the Union Canal

LUCS flagship Victoria was constructed by Braunstone Boatyard in 1972, so she is 40 years old this year and we've decided to celebrate in style!

There will be something for everyone:

    A Grand Parade of boats, including Victoria, of course, and steam boats from the Steam Boat Association.
    Visiting boats from the Forth & Clyde, Bridge 19-40 and Edinburgh Canal Societies.

    School Musicians, Chours and Folk Music
    Victorian Swing Boats
    Calssic Cars, Motor Bikes and Cycles
    Model Radio Controlled Boats
