The weather was not promising last Sunday but we managed an enjoyable track day at Ian and Susan's. The rain mainly held off even if the light was a bit gloomy which gave Bob's Eric the opportunity to shine.

Once or twice the rain did force us indoors where we were able to enjoy a tasty lunch (thank you Susan) and examine various members' part built locos. The engineeringly challenged sub-group of the team were suitably humbled.

Much of the banter of the day revolved around the livery of Bob's next home build. We are delighted to be able to offer a preview. It will probably look better with cellulose paint and, as always, the lining job will be crucial.
