A delightful route starting out along the Royal Military Canal, and then through Pannel Valley Nature Reserve. Returning through Pett village which has some lovely views across to Fairlight, and then a superb stretch to finish along the cliff top path before heading down to Cliff End.

PS Please note that The Royal Oak pub in Pett Village has recently closed, so that there is no longer a halfway stop!
