A very scenic route, starting and finishing outside historic Battle Abbey. The route is predominantly off-road, with some great views of the surrounding countryside and is relatively livestock free...although if you follow the directions closely then you may see some free range pigs rooting about in the woods! There are other walks/runs available up to 6 - 7 miles
