CIRCULAR WALK 5: ICKLESHAM

A delightful walk going through the tranquil Brede Valley, until picking up the 1066 Country Walk path just before halfway as it climbs up past the lost settlement of Iham into the lovely medieval town of Winchelsea. You are rewarded with some great views across Pett Level to the sea, as the walk gradually climbs back past  the windmill (a well known local landmark) and returns to The Queen's Head pub.
