Good to see you on board,so glad you liked the photos of the vale of Neath that reminds you of home, I was up by the falls March 27th
I am one of twins from Abergarwed
and have three friends from Resolven who emigrated to Canada many years ago, by the names of Eric Stockden Alberta, Calgary, (prob retired)
Gareth Prosser and engine driver who drives his train through the Rockies and David Jones a marine biologist( prob both retired)
a few years ago they came home to visit and we met up, perhaps you know of the families still living in the Resolven area,
all three married French Canadians and are now settled there
look forward to your visiting us soon

THE BEST OF MIKE DAVIES
Over the years Mike has become my closest friend across the sea. He is multi-talented, but his remarkable photography of his country makes him very special. He braves all kinds of weather to give us the best of Wales. His knowledge of native history makes his photos all the more interesting.
Mike is always willing to share his photo expertise, which has made me a better photographer. Being in the desert of California, the beauty of Wales through Mike's work is a tonic.
Wales is fortunate to have a native son such as Mike. Keep the photos coming, Mike!

Mike Davies' fabulous photography!
Congratulations Mike Davies on wonderful photographs of the Vale of Neath! We live in Tasmania and came to know Mike when our West Highland Terrier became ill and Mike had some wise and kind advice for us some 9 years ago. Since that time Mike and our families have developed a firm and cherished friendship across the miles.
Mike’s superb photography has familiarized us with the wonders of Wales, and especially the Vale of Neath throughout the seasons,and we enjoy seeing the many delights Wales offers to our world.
We do hope to see more of Mike’s view of Wales as they are always unique and Mike shows a perspective that only a real dinkydi Welshman can capture with the lens!

You were kind enough to demonstrate your photos and give a talk to Life After Cancer for Everyone at the Melin Advice Centre. You and your wife said you would be willing to come again but we lost the member who had your contact details. We have been trying to find your phone number.
