These Back to Basics workshops are more about perfecting techniques and gaining cofidence with art materials. I am providing two workshops on the theme of colour as a few people have mentioned their difficulties in mastering the use of colour.

Colour can have a huge impact on a painting, but do you find using it a mystery? Are you confident that the colours you mix will give you the colour you had in mind? Take the frustration out of your colour mixing by attending my workshop. Using acrylics paints, I can show you a simple technique which makes it all clear.

Having gained confidence in mixing colours, you may find my other workshop: colour combinations useful. Here I will show you how you can use colours effectively by choosing the right combinations to portray the desired mood.
