Laura and Liz had a lovely couple of days away with Beattie and Lacey, starting with a rainy trip up to Abington in Scotland via busy Bank holiday roads. The storm clouds cleared eventually so we could all enjoy the breathtaking scenery....
The showground at Edinburgh the next morning was awash with mud some places, but we managed to get Kirstine's boy Creaglion smartened up.....
......and Laura handled him beautifully, winning the Post-Graduate dog class, and also making the final three in the challenge
The younger girls had a good day as well, Lacey managing to qualify for Crufts with a second in the Puppy Bitch class, and Beattie winning first in the Graduate Bitch class. Judge was Mr Steve Hall
Afterwards, it was time to relax, and the dogs enjoyed a playtime on Bamburgh beach with their friend Jessica, followed by a happy sleepover at the Moffat caravan sited near the peaceful Northumberland village of Belford, and another beach outing to Holy Island, before reluctantly setting off home.
Altogether a very enjoyable weekend!
