The trip to Wales - Builth Wells - doesn't seem to get any shorter, and last year we gave it a miss, but this year braved the long and winding road to show under Mrs Macdonald-Cross.

Blake

Blake made his Junior class by the skin of his teeth, with handler Liz panicking at the ringside as the class before was finishing, but despite being ungroomed, and with beard and front paws somewhat damp from the journey, he still managed a third place.  A  hasty sprucing-up later, he returned to the ring, looking more like himself, to take second place in Novice

Madge

Madge did well again, winning another strong Junior class, inspiring us to have a quick count-up of Junior Warrant points ......

In the meantime Honey is beginning to bloom, and is looking decidedly matronly these last couple of days, with a great appetite and a tendency to take things a little easier on her walks.  Looks like the scanner man is redundant this time round!
