Just back from the annual Supermatch held a mere twenty minutes away at the Ganton Village Hall - Bridlington & Scarborough Clubs versus Beverley & Hull East Riding. Since most of the local dog folk are members of all four clubs the teams were somewhat arbitrary, but it was a great social night out with a huge attendance and excellent refreshments.

Judge Robin Searle certainly had his work cut out sorting through the large entry, and pleased to say our Beardies held their own, with both Ruby (team Beverley/Hull) and Madge (Scarborough/Brid) winning their matches, and Madge eventually making it into the final selection out of the 49 adults entered, not bad for a Beardie only 14 months old.

Best in Match was the Ellhar Pembroke Corgi, looking good and showing his socks off, even at the end of a long and hectic evening.
