The Talraz Beardies turned out in force to give our local show their best support, and after a marathon of washing and brushing arrived at the venue looking their best and on their toes.  Only dear Jess stayed at home, at thirteen and a half we thought the fireside would be beckoning - but she was actually somewhat offended not to be invited!

We came home with quite a collection of cards - everybody managed at least a place in the line-up - and Meg was happy to be declared Best Veteran, with a super rosette and even prize money.  There was prize money again for Honey, who won the York CA Members Open Stakes, and especially for our young star Blaze, who won all his classes - including the sponsored Stakes class - and then went on to Best Puppy in Show. Judges for the day were Mr N. Ibbotson and Miss E.Newton (Nevedith)

That's four in a row!  Well done young Blaze.....
