Just now and again life imitates art. I love the story about the Emperor's New Clothes when the common folk had their eyes opened by a small boy after they had been led to believe for so long that everything the Emperor said was not open to question.

We live in a world where we are encouraged and persuaded to view our politicians as people who are just like us. But sometimes we don't get the whole truth, neither from those we have trusted to be our public representatives nor our media. I'm not saying we are actually lied to, let's just say some things are conveniently left unsaid.

Then all it takes is one day someone to spot that the jigsaw we've been sold doesn't have all the pieces.
