Working with Bun-sgoil Shlèite, the Trust can now offer young people the opportunity to take part in learning programmes certified by two prestigious organisations.

Primaries 3 and 4 will undertake Archaeology Scotlands Heritage Hero - Detective Award https://archaeologyscotland.org.uk/learning/heritage-hero-awards/ and Primaries 5, 6, 7 will undertake the John Muir Trust - Discovery Award https://www.johnmuirtrust.org/john-muir-award

Work will start in the Summer Term and we hope to hold a presentation event to award children their certificates.

It is hoped this will become an annual offer for the children in the school, permitting award progression in the future - more planning work is to follow.
