This week’s  updates;

• Rural Design have been chosen as the winning company for our feasibility study of options for the development of new facilities on Trust land. We meet with them for the first time next Tuesday.
• Jonathan Rosenberg the Chair of Walterton & Elgin Community Homes in London will visit on Friday 17th July, 10am. Jonathon is interested in our projects & will  meet directors/trustees.
• Chris Nixon of Forestry Commission Scotland will meet with us on Tuesday to discuss a possible forest concordat at Kinloch.
• Great news that Tarskavaig Hebnet broadband subscribers have agreed to migrate over to Skyenet. Thanks to all concerned for making this possible.
• SCT has been approached by the Community Woodlands Association to host and help organise a workshop on Green Burials in September/October
• Our July Artists of the Month, displaying their wares in our community shop in Armadale, are Steve Hall (ceramics) and Julia Christie (painting, prints and cards). Come on down and have a look at their fantastic work.
• The next volunteer day at Tormore Fank is this Sunday from 10am. Great work been carried out to date on this community picnic and viewpoint area. Come along and help if you can for an hour or two.
